Track every session, live

A guided workout, not just a stopwatch

Live pace & distance

GPS pace, distance and moving time for runs and rides, with per-interval splits and a progress bar for every step.

Heart rate, any strap

Pair a Bluetooth heart-rate monitor — Garmin, Polar, Wahoo and most watches. Your live BPM shows on screen and is recorded into every lap.

Strength rep logging

After each set, Endurly asks how many reps you actually did, pre-filled with the planned target. Sets and reps land in your statistics.

Lock screen

Slip the phone in a pocket or on an arm-band. Time, heart rate and pace stay visible while stray taps can't pause or end the workout.

Follow the session step by step

Every Endurly session is already structured into warmup, main set, intervals and cooldown. The tracker walks you through it one step at a time: the current step shows its target — a distance, a duration, a pace, or an open-ended set — with a progress bar and a clear view of what comes next. Timed steps advance on their own; open strength and yoga steps advance when you tap. Voice cues call the transitions so you can keep your eyes up.

For running and cycling the tracker uses GPS to show live pace, distance and moving time, and records a lap for every interval and rest. Pace shows dashes until the first fix lands, then updates continuously. Everything runs on-device, so a patchy signal never loses your workout.

Heart rate from any Bluetooth strap

Connect a standard Bluetooth heart-rate monitor once and Endurly reconnects to it automatically at the start of every session. Garmin HRM, Polar, Wahoo and most watches in broadcast mode are supported. Your live heart rate appears on the main screen and the lock screen in a clear red badge.

Heart rate isn't just for show: each reading is stamped onto the workout, so your recorded result carries average and maximum heart rate for the session and for every lap. You can pair a strap from Settings → Wearables, independently of any workout, and it will be ready the next time you press start.

Strength reps, and results that go somewhere

Strength and yoga sessions are open-ended, so instead of a countdown you get a Complete set button. When you finish a set, Endurly asks how many reps you actually performed — pre-filled with the authored target, adjustable with one tap, the same way a Garmin watch prompts you. Sets and total reps are captured in your workout statistics.

When you complete a session, the recorded result is saved to your training history with per-interval splits, heart rate and — for strength — sets and reps. Distance workouts export as TCX and can be pushed to Strava, so the session you tracked in Endurly lives alongside the rest of your data. There is nothing to export by hand; it is recorded the moment you finish.

Think Different About Training

You Don't Need to Train Hard Every Day

You Don't Need to Train Hard Every Day

Hard training feels productive. But it's not always effective. Progress comes from stress, recovery, and repeat. If you skip recovery, you skip improvement. Easy days are part of the plan — not a weakness.

Why Your Intervals Stop Working

Why Your Intervals Stop Working

Intervals stop working when they become random. No structure means no progress. You need clear pace, clear recovery, and clear purpose. If every session feels different for no reason — it's noise, not training.

The Problem With "Medium" Effort

The Problem With "Medium" Effort

Most training happens in the middle. Not easy enough to recover, not hard enough to improve. That's the danger zone. Easy days should be easy. Hard days should be purposeful. Avoid the grey zone.

Why You Feel Stuck in Training

Why You Feel Stuck in Training

Feeling stuck usually means something is off balance. Too much intensity or not enough structure. Progress needs consistency, recovery, and clear sessions — not just more effort.

You Are Running Your Easy Days Too Fast

You Are Running Your Easy Days Too Fast

This is the most common mistake. If you can't talk easily, it's not an easy run. Slowing down feels wrong at first. But it builds the base. Run slower. Get faster.

Rest Days Are Not Lost Days

Rest Days Are Not Lost Days

Rest is not doing nothing. It's part of the process. Training breaks you down. Recovery builds you up. Without rest, there is no adaptation. Rest days move you forward.

Why Consistency Beats Motivation

Why Consistency Beats Motivation

Motivation comes and goes. Consistency stays. You don't need perfect sessions — you need regular ones. Small sessions done often beat rare perfect workouts. Show up. Repeat.
