Endurly on your Suunto watch
Endurly builds your training plan in the app. The Suunto integration sends each planned workout to your watch as a SuuntoPlus Guide so you can follow the structure without looking at your phone.
How it works
Once your Suunto account is connected, every workout you open in Endurly can be pushed to your watch with a single tap. The watch shows each step in order — warmup, main intervals, recoveries, cooldown — and counts down distance or time per step.
During the workout, the watch announces the upcoming step at the start of every rest with a clear coaching cue and target heart-rate zone. You stay focused on swimming, cycling, or running — not on your screen.
How to connect
- Sign in to Endurly on the web or in the mobile app.
- Open Profile → Integrations and find the Suunto card.
- Tap Connect and sign in to Suunto. We only ask for the workout-push permission — no other data leaves your watch.
- Open any planned workout in Endurly and tap "Send to Suunto." The guide appears in the Suunto app within seconds.
What's pushed to the watch
Every Endurly workout becomes a SuuntoPlus Guide. Swim sessions carry stroke targets, drill cues, and rest intervals. Cycling sessions carry power zones (when your FTP is set) plus cadence ranges. Running sessions carry pace targets and heart-rate zones. Strength sessions carry exercise names, set / rep counts, and rest timers.
The coaching cue for the next interval appears during the preceding rest, so you read it while recovering — not while the timer for the next interval is already running.
Supported watches
Any Suunto watch that supports SuuntoPlus Guides — Race, Race S, Vertical, Vertical Titanium, 9 Peak Pro, and newer Ambit-line devices. If you can open the SuuntoPlus store in your Suunto app, your watch is supported.
