Endurly on Strava

Endurly plans your sessions and tracks your training. When you finish one, you can share it to your Strava feed so your friends see the ride, run, or swim in the timeline they already scroll.

How it works

Once your Strava account is connected, every completed session in Endurly has a Share to Strava card on the Results tab. Tapping it creates a new activity in your Strava feed and opens the activity page.

Endurly writes to Strava - it never reads back from Strava. Your existing Strava activities, followers, and privacy settings are untouched.

How to connect

  1. Sign in to Endurly on the web or in the mobile app.
  2. Open Profile → Integrations and find the Strava card at the top of the list.
  3. Tap Connect with Strava and approve the two permissions Strava asks for (read profile, upload activities).
  4. Open any completed session in Endurly, go to the Results tab, and tap Share to Strava. The activity lands in your Strava feed within seconds.

What's sent to Strava

For sessions you recorded on a watch (Suunto, Apple Watch, Garmin FIT, etc.) and imported into Endurly, the original activity file is forwarded to Strava as-is - full heart rate, pace, laps, and any GPS route your device captured.

For sessions you completed without a device recording, you'll be offered two options: a summary-only activity (name, duration, distance from your plan) or a richer version with estimated heart rate and lap pace derived from your training zones. The estimated variant is clearly labelled in the activity description so viewers know it's plan-based, not sensor data.

What Endurly does not do

Endurly does not read your Strava activities, followers, kudos, comments, or segments. It requests only the activity:write scope, which lets it create new activities on your behalf and nothing else. Endurly does not use Strava data for advertising, does not sell it, and does not use it to train AI models.

Disconnecting

You can disconnect Strava at any time from Endurly → Profile → Integrations. Endurly calls Strava's official revoke endpoint on your behalf and clears the stored tokens from its database.

You can also revoke Endurly directly from strava.com → Settings → My Apps. Strava notifies Endurly via a real-time webhook and Endurly clears the stored tokens automatically within a few seconds - no action needed on your side.
