These Terms of Service govern the use of the Endurly platform.

Endurly is a digital platform for generating and managing structured training sessions for endurance sports such as swimming, cycling, and running.

The platform provides tools to create training plans based on user input and preferences.

The platform may operate in a beta or early access stage. Features may change, and temporary interruptions may occur.

Users may create an account to access certain features.

By creating an account you agree to these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy.

Users are responsible for:

maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials

ensuring that information provided is accurate

any activities performed through their account

Users agree not to:

misuse the platform

attempt unauthorized access to systems

upload harmful or malicious content

disrupt the operation of the service

Users may upload activity files such as TCX or GPX.

Users retain ownership of their uploaded data but grant Endurly the right to process this data for the purpose of providing the service.

Training plans and recommendations generated by the platform are provided for informational purposes only.

They do not constitute medical advice.

Users are responsible for evaluating their own physical condition and consulting qualified professionals if necessary.

The platform is provided "as is".

Endurly is not liable for:

injuries resulting from training

incorrect interpretation of generated training plans

service interruptions or technical issues

Users may delete their account at any time.

Endurly reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.
